- Strollers are not allowed inside vehicles without prior notice.
- Children aged 3 to 12 years must be accompanied by an adult in water activities.
- Photography of UAE residents, military facilities, and government buildings is strictly prohibited.
- On Islamic occasions and National holidays, alcohol service and live entertainment may be unavailable.
- Littering is a punishable offense; offenders may face fines.
- Guests are bound by the terms in the Tour Brochure/Itinerary, 'Terms and Conditions,' and other applicable documents upon booking.
- Smoking inside public areas is prohibited.
- Tour delays/cancellations due to uncontrollable circumstances will offer alternate options if possible.
- Some tours require original passports, as stated in critical notes; failure to comply may result in missing the tour.
- If guests miss the tour due to tardiness, no alternative transfers will be provided, and no refunds will be issued.
- No refunds for partly utilized services.
- No show charges (100%) apply if guests do not show up on time for pick-up.
Payment Policy:
- To secure your booking, the full hotel cost is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be settled 25 days before your departure date; failure to do so may result in the release of booked services.
- Upon payment, you will receive a Booking Confirmation email within 24 hours.
- It is imperative to carry original travel documents, including a valid passport, hard copies of flight tickets, hotel and land confirmation vouchers, vaccination certificate, PCR test results, travel insurance, and related documents.
- Hotel and land vouchers, as well as travel insurance details, will be provided 48 hours before your departure.
